TO THOSE QUESTIONING UGANDA’S MOH DECLARATION ON THE SITUATION ABOVE, LETS NOT TWIST THINGS :
If you followed well, Kenya tested the Truck Driver negative before he started the Journey, at Uganda Border, his results tested Positive.
When he was traced and returned to Kenya, they retested him in Kenya and confirmed he was positive.
The Possibilities are; Kenya’s Test kit had issues/He may have contracted while on the way(highly Unlikely)/The initial Samples may accidentally been mixed-up hence declaring a negative person positive and Positive driver negative due to Human error.
BUT ALL THIS, IS ON KENYA, THE UGANDAN HEALTH SECTION DID THERE WORK AND LATER RETURNED THE PATIENT TO KENYA WITH A RETEST CONFIRMING UGANDA’S RESULTS.
ITS IMPORTANT TO GIVE CREDIT WHERE ITS IS DUE. MOST UGANDAN FRONTLINERS ARE FIGHTING A HONEST WAR!!!!!
