HOW TO CHECK/TRACK NATIONAL ID PROGRESS & STATUS.
- Dial the *216#* code on MTN or Airtel. Note: Sometimes, the system is down and you may get a response –>”External Application down” Relax..to beat yourself, it’s not the end result..you need to keep trying preferably on both lines Everyday as the system could be on on one network and off on the other otherwise if all is well, you should see Screen like 👇
- Screen 1: Choose *”Status of Application”*
- Screen 2: Choose ” *National ID”
- Screen 3:Choose ” *Names & Date of Birth
- ” Screens 4 *Fill your surname.
- Screen 5: Fill your First Name
- Screen 6: Fill you Date of Birth eh 21-03-1998 (Date-Month-year) as it appears in the Registration forms.
- details at the Prompts of the System* making sure it’s correct information. The system will give a comment in ur Details.
- The system will give you a feedback based on the stage your ID is. Then You can share Either visit nearest NiRA office For further Guidance or share with Mr. Fixer on his WhatsApp account (0706145023) to help you interpret the results and advice you on on way forward based on NIRA’s procedures.
