She explained “By today, about 350 people are camped at Buwanga Primary School, where they are seeking shelter and these are families from households that were completely destroyed. So, this was caused by the rain, and actually in the landslide killed one male aged between forty to forty five years died and this was Michel Mukali the late now and his body was actually retrieved from the debris, although seven other villages are affected and our team continues to conduct the assessment there and they will be able to update us. But right now, the most affected are mothers and children ok the shelter has been catered for because apparently Buwanga Primary School is open and this is where majority of them are camping but we continue to work with the district especially to fasten the response process.”
